While my triple room wasn't large, it was clean and well-equipped, featuring air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. I particularly enjoyed the terrace area, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The owners, Joseph and his family, provided attentive service and local tips, enhancing the overall experience. I must note that the pricing was notably higher during the Monaco Grand Prix, which could be a consideration for budget-conscious travelers. If you're after boutique charm without excessive luxury, Hotel Flots d'Azur blends value with comfort-making it a solid choice for a memorable stay in Nice. Just keep in mind potential peak pricing during major events.
